For the past two months, I've been offering on-demand office hours. My Calendly allows anyone to grab an available time on my calendar that's convenient for them without having to go through multiple rounds of scheduling emails.

I've had some constituents request that I hold established office hours for group conversations, similar to what my colleague from Ward 2 does on Friday mornings. I like this idea of a combination of established and on-demand office hours, so I'm going to pursue this.

I understand there's no single day and time that will work for everyone, so I want to identify the time slot that works best for folks. As a result, I'm going to try out a few different days and times for this, and we'll see which ones see the best attendances.

Here's the upcoming schedule for these set office hours, with RSVP capability and Zoom links available via the link:

Sunday, February 27 - 10 AM to noon (with Ward 3 Councilor Ben Ewen-Campen)
Monday, March 7 - 7 to 9 PM
Wednesday, March 16 - 3 to 5 PM

Note: These will be virtual for the time being, but I'd love to move to a hybrid model as COVID-19 numbers allow.
